Many of us think we are living a healthy lifestyle. But what does that mean, exactly?
It means eliminating toxins from our homes; removing chemicals from our skin and beauty routines; getting enough sleep; exercising; meal planning, cooking & eating clean; adding supplements, if needed, and having a healthy work/life balance.
Does that feel overwhelming? If we break it down and take one small step at a time, make one small change at a time, it's very doable. Just start with one change!
We've been working intentionally on home and healthy living since 2007, when Paul was first diagnosed with cancer, and have learned lots along the way. Even with having a second cancer diagnosis in our lives, we continue to make changes to do better. Let us pass that knowledge along to you - it's easy! Just the way it should be :)
